Hyperoptic has been recognised as a Which? Great Value Broadband Provider, following new research from the consumer champion highlighting the strong performance of alternative broadband providers.
In its latest broadband provider rankings, Which? surveyed more than 5,000 broadband customers about their experiences across speed, reliability, customer service and value for money.
Hyperoptic achieved an impressive customer score of 77%, placing it among the top-rated broadband providers in the UK. Customers were also among the least likely to report experiencing slow broadband speeds, reflecting the strength and reliability of Hyperoptic’s full fibre network.
The recognition reflects Hyperoptic’s continued focus on delivering fast, reliable full fibre broadband and strong value for customers, at a time when many households are reviewing their broadband costs.
Hyperoptic has also continued to invest in strengthening its customer experience as the business grows, including enhancements to its digital platforms, service tools and support systems. These investments are designed to make it easier for customers to manage their services while ensuring knowledgeable, human support is available when it matters most.
Lutfu Kitapci, Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director of ISP at Hyperoptic, said: "We’re delighted to be recognised once again as a Which? Great Value Broadband Provider. It’s a fantastic endorsement of the experience we work hard to deliver for our customers every day.
Since launching almost 15 years ago, our focus has been on bringing fast, reliable full fibre broadband to homes across the UK while ensuring customers receive great service and value. This recognition reinforces our commitment to staying firmly in our customers’ corner and continuing to raise the bar for broadband."
The Which? research also highlights the importance of customers reviewing their broadband options and switching providers if they believe they could secure a better deal or improved service.
