If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t access your account, you can reset your password online.

For security reasons, you’ll need access to the email address associated with your account.

Reset your password

To reset your password:

1. Go to the My Account sign-in page.

2. Select Forgot password.

3. Enter your registered email address.

4. Check your email for password reset instructions.

5. Follow the link and create a new password.

Create a secure password

Choose a password that:

• Is difficult to guess
• Uses a combination of letters, numbers and symbols
• Is different from passwords used for other accounts
• Avoid using personal information, such as your name or date of birth.

Password reset not working?

If you haven’t received the reset email:

• Check your junk or spam folder
• Confirm you’re using the correct email address
• Wait a few minutes and try again

Account security

If you believe someone else has accessed your account, reset your password immediately and contact support.
